About Us
Unalienable Rights Now is dedicated to advancing the principles of free market economics and individual liberty. Our mission is to support organizations and individuals who promote economic freedom, personal responsibility, and voluntary cooperation as the cornerstones of a prosperous and free society.
We envision a world where individuals have the freedom to pursue their economic and personal goals without undue government interference in accordance with the NAP. By championing free market principles and individual liberties, we aim to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and a vibrant civil society.
The Non-Aggression Principle
Our core value is the Non-Aggression Principle (NAP), as illustrated by Murray Rothbard, in which he describes the "Non-Aggression Axiom" as a simple, absolute moral rule:
It is illegitimate to initiate physical force, or the threat of force, against a person or property of anyone else.
Here is the breakdown of that specific vision:
"Aggression" is defined strictly as the initiation of force. This means you can never be the first one to get physical or use threats.
The pact is not pacifism. We argue that you have a total right to use force to repel an aggressor. You just can't start the fight.
To us, property rights and human rights are the same thing. Stealing someone's watch or trespassing on their land is considered a physical attack on that person, just like a punch to the face.
We defend that if it's wrong for a neighbor to steal your money (theft), it is also wrong for the government to take your money (taxation). We apply the "don't break stuff/don't steal" rule to everyone, including kings and presidents.
In short, our NAP is the idea that no person or group has the right to interfere with your body or your honestly-acquired property, unless you personally have used force against them first.
Our commitment to unalienable rights grew from a simple realization: Freedom is not granted by governments, trends, or majorities. It is inherent, enduring, and human.
Through years of study, lived experience, and deep reflection, I came to understand that these rights lose their power when they are forgotten — when they are ignored, taken for granted, or treated as optional by those in positions of authority. Rights that are not actively tended erode quietly, often before anyone notices they are gone.
The URNow Foundation exists to change that. When people are educated, empowered, and connected around the truth of their inherent freedoms, something remarkable happens: freedom grows. Communities strengthen. Individuals reclaim their voice.
Let us keep unalienable rights unalienable — and watch what happens when people are truly free to flourish.
